SARAH MCKENZIE - BHSC(ACU) bhsc(NAT)

Sarah is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Naturopath, and founder of The Mind & Gut Clinic, with more than two decades of clinical experience.
Her clinical philosophy is deeply individualised. Rather than applying a standardised protocol, Sarah takes the time to understand the person behind the presentation, identifying the patterns and contributing factors that may be preventing the body from returning to balance.
Her work integrates Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Naturopathic, Nutritional and Herbal Medicine, functional testing and lifestyle medicine, creating a sophisticated and truly integrative approach to health
Sarah's practice reflects a belief that the most meaningful healthcare sits at the intersection of science, traditional medicine and a genuinely personalised understanding of the individual.

Jodie combines Acutonics® and Biofield Tuning body treatments with more than 15 years experience supporting people with emotional health and wellbeing. She has a deep understanding of the science and therapeutic potential of sound, and how frequency and vibration can support relaxation and nervous system regulation - enhancing emotional and physical wellbeing.
Drawing on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside contemporary approaches to frequency, vibration, and sound, Jodie creates a personalised and supportive space where people can develop greater emotional clarity, restore physical vitality, and experience increased harmony.
Her extensive experience using sound and frequency within an integrative health approach has supported people of all ages through a wide range of health and wellbeing challenges, including stress and overwhelm, sleep difficulties, trauma, and complex health conditions.

Jo provides integrative support for individuals of all ages navigating sexual health, intimacy, and psychosexual well-being. Her approach combines somatic counselling, sex education, psychosexual practices, hormonal awareness and nervous system regulation.

Jo helps address a wide range of challenges, including: midlife hormonal, sexual, relational & identity shifts, vaginismus and pelvic pain, Dyspareunia (painful sex), changes in libido, arousal, lubrication and desire, difficulties with orgasm, body image concerns, sexual identity exploration, and other intimate or sexual health issues.

Jo creates a safe, non-judgemental environment to help you better understand your body and experiences, and to move toward greater confidence, connection, and wellbeing.

Caroline Dwyer - B.Nursing, MHealth.Sc.(Sexual Health), M.P., MMed Forensic.
Integrative Wellness Clinician

Caroline is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with extensive postgraduate qualifications spanning mental health, sexual health, addiction medicine and forensic mental health. Since commencing her work in addiction medicine in 2008, she has held senior clinical roles across community, primary care, hospital and corporate settings, alongside nine years in private practice.

Her clinical focus encompasses longevity, addiction medicine, mental health and medication support, including the careful initiation, monitoring and reduction of medications where clinically appropriate. Caroline is also a NSW prescriber of medicinal cannabis and has a strong interest in emerging psychedelic medicine.

Compassionate, evidence-informed and deeply patient-centred, Caroline joins The Mind & Gut Clinic to provide integrated support across complex health and wellbeing.
